Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have over it. It is written for people in the United States, in plain English.
We collect only what you type into our forms, plus a note of how you reached the site. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.
No tracking cookies unless you say yes. Visit counts are kept without cookies. Anything that would set a tracking cookie waits until you choose Accept, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as no. You can ask what we hold about you at any time.
Who runs this website
This website is run by DockeryAI, a business based in Austin, Texas. We decide how the personal information collected through this site is used, so questions about it come to us.
The quickest way to reach us is by phone on 512.222.8565. Section 08 sets out every way to make a privacy request.
What we collect, and when
We collect only what you choose to send us through a form on this site, and a short note of how you reached the site when you sent it.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial account details, health information or government ID numbers, and the forms on this site have no field for it. Nothing is saved to your device when you send a form.

What we use your information for
- To answer you. We reply to your inquiry, send the report or guide you asked for, and may follow up about that inquiry. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.
- To keep spam out. Each form submission is checked automatically by an AI service before our team is told about it. The check only sorts likely spam from real inquiries, and a person reviews anything it flags. No decision about you is made by a machine alone.
- To count visits. We count how many people visit and which pages they read, using statistics that do not identify anyone.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with anyone for advertising, and we do not use it to target ads at you. We have not done any of these things in the past twelve months.
How long we keep your information
- Inquiries: two years from the date you sent them, then deleted.
- Submissions filed as spam: deleted after ninety days.
- Google Analytics data, if you allowed it: fourteen months.
- Recordings of how pages are used, if you allowed them: thirty days.
- Visit statistics: kept only as counts that do not identify anyone.
Your privacy rights
Several states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia, give their residents rights over their personal information. We give these rights to everyone in the United States, whatever state you live in.
- Know and access. Ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, and get a copy.
- Correct. Ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
- Delete. Ask us to delete what we hold about you.
- Opt out. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and its use for targeted advertising. We do none of these, so there is nothing to switch off.
- Fair treatment. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
- Appeal. If we turn down a request, you can ask us to look at it again. If you are still unhappy after that, you can contact the attorney general for your state.
How to make a request
We answer within 45 days. To protect you, we check the request against the contact details you used when you inquired before we share or delete anything.
You can also ask someone to make a request for you. We will ask them to show that you gave them permission.
